Chilled Moogle
2oz white rum, 1.5oz rum infused cream, white pineapple puree, blended with ice, (moogle body) topped with a moonshine soaked maraschino cherry (the pom) and a hardened sugar wing for garnish, with an optional side car (extra shot) of grain alcohol for that added kick.
Black Ink
A shaken mix of black rum, cacao, a hint of brown sugar and a touch of squid ink makes this dark delight a delicious way to escape for the night behind a smoke screen of deep sea fun.
Tropical Iceberg
It may be frozen but this mix of pineapple, coconut milk and white rum will keep you warm as you take the current south to a tropical island in no time.

Tentacle Slap
This fearsome cocktail begins with fresh muddled blackberries, a shot of vodka and raspberry liqueur, shaken with crushed ice, then garnished with a delicately carved sweet green melon tentacle and topped of with a flaming lime.
